Mixfont, including software, design, branding, and content provided by Mixfont, is protected by intellectual property laws and remains the property of Mixfont or its licensors.

Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute Mixfont materials.

Mixfont may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mixfont and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the amount you paid to Mixfont in the twelve months before the claim.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required for legal, security, or operational reasons.

You may stop using Mixfont at any time.
